THE HEART OF THE ART is an invitation to deepen into your dance through an exploration of potent movement modalities. This delicious weekend dance Festival offers an opportunity to investigate and explore some of the most powerful movement practices available. Join us as we explore, develop and deepen our connection to self, Spirit, community and the dance through these powerful dynamic healing practices and community celebrations.
Friday afternoon
5 Rhythms …2pm to 5pm…with Heather Christensen
A 3 hour deep exploration of the 5 Rhythm map
Friday evening
Sweat Your PrayersÔ with Leslie King
Warm-up begins at 7:30 / Community dance 8-10 pm
Saturday night
TranceDance…Shamanic Dance Ritual…7:30pm…$15 to $20
Doors close at 8:00pm…Bring a bandana…

5 Rythms intensive…$45–($5 discount for Sweat Your Prayers if attending class)
Weekend dancer day pass is $150 ( Saturday and Sunday classes)
Saturday full day $85/ Sunday full day $85
Friday night- Sweat Your Prayers $10
Saturday night- TranceDance $20..Shamanic Dance Ritual
Individual classes are $15 per hour
Sunday afternoon- free outdoor community drum and dance jam.
pot-luck BBQ.
We welcome Volunteer support and have work trades available.
Many classes will fill up, pre-register after May 1st.
